Hi All: We made it to Fort Nelson, BC today. It is 300 miles on the Alaska Highway. I feel like I was drug that distance. Roads were pretty good though. Weather was perfect. Also perfect for bugs. Front of Motor Home and windshield is coated. We filled up with gas as we got in to town as our campground is on the West end of town. Had to pay $4.20 a gallon here. Gas has been going up about 10 cents a town till we got here. Everything is pretty high here. But they have to make their living for the year here in just the few months of Summer they have I guess.

We are supposed to have WiFi here. Don't work??? and Cable TV, Don't work. Sure glad we have the DVD's Amy picked up before we left on this trip, AND THE pack of DVD's Jack sent us. We should be OK till we get back home.

We go to Laird Springs tomorrow. It's a hot springs place. Plan to dip in the hot springs this time. Didn't do it last time. As I remember the campground had to be run on local Generator power, so I'm sure there will be no phone or Internet service. So, don't worry if you don't hear from us tomorrow....

Tried to send more photo's today, but all I could get sent on the Blog was this one of our camp site. Looks kinda out in the middle of nothing. Misleading. The campground is pretty full, as there is only this one and one other for hundreds of miles. All is good here except, TV,and WiFi. AC is working and water is good. Don't need the dump site here, but had to pay for it to get a pull thru site so we wouldn't have to unhook the car and back in to a site. Having a ball.

Amy is cooking dinner here in the rig. There is a saloon and a restaurant, however, I am a little hesitant to go in there from the looks of it. May have had to take my shot gun with me. hee hee.
