We got under way and Amy finally got a photo of some wild life along the way. Road were real bad out of Muncho with lots of gravel and dust conditions . We used bubble wrap to cover our headlights. I lost one of my small fog lights to gravel being thrown back on me from a fast moving 30 wheeler. Yes, 30 wheels... We also got to see a young Moose along the road, some Bison, and some sheep licking the stones along the road.
View out our front window at Muncho Lake. Beautiful. Plane took off with some fishing folks. Could have gone for $800 a trip, but decided to stay ashore and watch them leave and return later...
This is our site. Had to back in. Was a little tricky, but with Amy's direction we made it just fine. Have had the cover on the Saturn and it's a good thing. Bob. I noticed before we came on this trip that I had some stone damage on the bottom of the radiator on the Saturn. I got some hardware cloth and covered the little area behind the bumper. Might look at that on your Saturn?
Also Bob, and Dorene. We found our signs at Watson Lake with no problem. They were in great shape
We leave here in the morning for Whitehorse, Yukon and plan to be there for 3 nights. Not sure what we will do with our time, but it is nice to have TV and electricity here. We Have WiFi, and Cable TV here, with 30 amp service and dump at the site. Won't use it here though. They have a restaurant here, but we decided to make some chili for ourselves. They want $14 for a hamburger and American Fries??? Could even have it Buffalo meat if you wanted. I have had one of those thank you. One is enough.
Harry: Yea, still have plenty of "Lord" Lord Calvert Canadian Whiskey... I cheated when we came in to Canada. However, there are more liquor Stores than gas stations along the road...
Well, better get this sent. I had to use my Verizon Thingy to do so many pictures..
